The "Men's Fellowship" is an informal organization for all the men of the church, providing the opportunity for getting to know each other better and strengthen us as Christians. No formal meetings are held on a regular basis. Once a quarter a full breakfast is served and the missions and finances are reviewed and new business is discussed.
In addition to the quarterly meetings, an informal group meets every Saturday for coffee and doughnuts from 8:30 to 9:30 in the Church Fellowship Hall. The meetings open with a devotional message or inspirational reading follwed by group discussion. The discussions are often lively and always enlightening. This is a great way to wrap up your week in the fellowship of other Men of Faith.
All men are welcome to either meeting and encouraged to bring a guest.
Men's Fellowship has two ongoing mission projects:
The primary mission is the Men's Bible Fund. Bibles are purchased and distributed to various organizations that support homeless or other people in need that want to include God's Word along with the support they provide.
The secondary mission is to support members of the church who may have need of a handyman for simple projects such as replacing a light fixture or building a ramp for wheelchairs. This service and the materials is provided at no cost to the person needing the help.
