At this Prayer Retreat we will reflect on the meaning of Sabbath (Hebrews 4) and how we can create an oasis of sacred time to receive from God. Only God knows what we truly need. There will be extended time for silence and solitude. You will be given prayer exercises to guide you in your prayer with God.
“There remains, then, a Sabbath-rest for the people of God;
for those who enter God’s rest also rest from their own work,
just as God did from his.” Hebrews 4:10
